Payments: 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reservation. The remainder is due 45 days before check-in. To hold your
reservation, we must receive your signed lease/rules with a 50% deposit of the
rental cost (security deposit excluded) within 10 days of the mailing of the
contract. All monies are in US Dollars payable by personal check or money order. Cleaning
fee: $150 per weekly rental. Check in time is 3:30pm at the Sun House and 5:30pm at the Ice House. Check out: Check out is 10:00am at the Sun House and Noon at the Ice House. Please
be respectful of this as we need to prepare the property for the next guest. Late check-outs will be charged $100.00 for
each hour after check-out time.
A refundable security
deposit is necessary for each reservation. The amount is $500.00 per
rental.
Security Deposits are refunded by mail within 30 days of your departure,
subject to inspection of the property.
All or a portion of the security deposit may be forfeited if excessive
cleaning is required or damage is observed.
Upon arrival, please inspect the property for damage and report anything
observed to the property owner. This
will ensure that you are not charged for damage that you did not cause during
your stay. Protect Your Security Deposit: Upon your departure the property will be fully inspected and prepared for the next guest. Please be sure to return furnishings and home accessories to their original location, have all dishes washed (it’s okay to leave clean dishes in dishwasher), clean the grill and dispose of trash in the provided garbage can. Single Families Only:We have designed the houses to be family-oriented. We are located in area zoned for single family residences only. Thus, we only rent to single families, which includes all extended family members and babysitters. Call for details. NO PETS: Sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed on the premises. Absolutely no exceptions. Maximum ccupancy: Maximum of 15 people, less if all are adults. |
